Yes, Virginia …There IS An Adult in the Room – Except They Won’t Let Him in the Room

Hey, remember 2020 when folks voted for Joe Biden so that we would have an “adult” in the room?

We never imagined that “adult” would get so adulterated in four short years.

The other character – the adulterer – seemed much more youthful in contrast. I guess those qualities of childishness and immaturity go a long way.

OK, enough with the graveyard jokes.

This is serious.

Imagine yourself as an observer from another planet – or another country – watching and listening to these two blithering, blathering fools, one of whom will be “elected” to lead the “free world”. Don’t listen for the laugh track. There isn’t one.

And you – we – have a choice.

There IS an adult in the room, and I double-dog dare you to watch the replay of the REAL debate, where Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. offers genuine wisdom, courage, perspective -- and then imagine pulling the lever for one of those other two “choices” that have been chosen for you.

Each represents an insult to your intelligence. By voting for either, you are insulting your own intelligence.

Of course, Bobby was intentionally excluded from the CNN debate because – well, he would be offering a little too much reality that would bust the trance of dueling insanities the other two put forward.

What we are witnessing here – should a critical mass of the heretofore uncritical masses choose – is the evolution of revolution. There is no political savior, and that includes Bobby. He’d be the first to tell you that.

Now it’s up to you – to us.

Those of us who have been clamoring for true social and economic justice, and hold these high ideals, must now focus on the real-deal. Of course Bobby is being thwarted every step of the way, mostly by the Democrats. They are blaring out the mantra, “He can’t win.”

After seeing what I saw last night – and cannot unsee – I offer a new mantra: HE MUST WIN.

He is the only candidate representing you and me, and what used to be the middle class.
He is the only candidate who can unify us and prevent further polarization and civil war.
He is the only candidate willing to confront the real reasons why the system isn’t working for us and cannot fix itself.
He is the candidate who will help us move forward together, away from the dueling dystopias behind both the Democrat and Trumpian narratives.

So, I recommend three simple steps:

Watch the “debate” with Bobby’s commentary added in. You will then see what I mean by “adult in the room.”
Share it widely on every social media so that as many Americans as possible can be put in the cognitive dissonance needed so that radical change becomes an option.
Stop working for tweedle-dweeb or tweedle-dumb and put your full energy behind someone with the courage to speak the truth and act on our behalf.

If you despise Donald Trump and fear his re-election, know that RFK, Jr. is the ONLY candidate who can defeat him.

We have a choice. We have a chance. Let’s take it.
